A Nashville-based music maestro, Darius Mines is a highly respected music producer, songwriter, and keyboard virtuoso. With deep roots in music, he began his journey at the age of 6 in the vibrant atmosphere of the Black church. A proud graduate of Old Dominion University, Darius earned his BA in Music Business while also founding the University's first independent recording artist organization, IMA, which provided a platform for over 100 emerging musicians. Since moving to Nashville in 2014, Darius has made his mark on the music industry, accumulating over 3 million streams, 6 Billboard charting songs, and more than 100 national releases. His talents have led to notable sync placements with major brands like Victoria's Secret and Burger King, and he has worked with renowned artists including Snoop Dogg, Dave Aude, Rayvon Owen, and earned a Dove Award nomination for "Best Traditional Gospel Album" with Earl Bynum.Today, Darius Mines continues to collaborate with both major and independent artists, as well as podcasters, under his record label imprint, Chousewave.
